3. Which personal data do we process and why?

The following personal data is processed by us:

First name, last name, email, telephone
We request this information out of contractual necessity to correctly record your reservation and to contact you regarding your reservation when necessary. You will also receive confirmation and reminder(s) for your reservation by e-mail and possibly by telephone.

IP address
Your IP address is registered when you make a reservation. On the one hand, this is used to determine your location (country) and thus adjust the content of the reservation flow.
On the other hand, the IP address is registered with the reservation to prevent fraud. We do not identify you based on IP address.

4. Are your personal data shared with third parties?

Your personal data will never be sold or passed on to third parties with commercial intentions.

The only ways in which your personal data can be passed on to third parties are:

– We have a legal obligation to transfer personal data, for example in the context of (the prevention of) fraud and abuse;

– We rely on third parties to carry out part of the agreement with you, in which case we ensure that these third parties also comply with this privacy policy.
